About
My Myers Briggs says my personality type represents about 2-3% of the population. I can’t decide if I’m a romantic or realist, a feeler or a thinker. I’m definitely an introvert. I love learning things; particularly obscure talents and bits of knowledge, and those handy pull-it-out-of-your pocket kind of skills. My wife has forced trendiness upon me, but it’s all a facade – clothes only hide so much; hopefully it’ll be enough to keep me from embarrassing my daughter when she’s a teenager. My heroes are people no one knows b/c they are normal people who are doing extraordinary things with the little they’ve been given. I’m always torn between traveling the world and settling down on a horse ranch in New Zealand. In my life I’ve lived on 5 continents, visited 24 countries, moved 20 times, learned 4 languages, forgotten 2 of them, and eaten more carbon-based life forms than your average westerner can readily identify. The two most important things I’ve learned in life are that people aren’t all that different underneath and that you can get just about anything down if you add enough salt.
